TCMF is committed to quality. We are proud to comment that we are AS9100D & ISO 9001:2015 certified, NADCAP accredited & RoHS and REACH Compliant. We have a variety of ways in which we maintain in-house process control.

Our modern, flexible, and programmable equipment permits the selection of plating thickness, cleaning and baking cycles, and pre/post treatments.  We ensure that our machines and process lines are always kept in peak operational condition to guarantee quality.

Triple Cities Metal Finishing automated controls and operators monitor characteristics including: pH, temperature, chemical concentrations, chromate, cleaner concentrations, and the thickness of all plating and coatings. We have an on-site lab that ensures consistent, uniform results to every part that enters our plant.
